Dear Brothers and Sisters,
We would like to request something of each of you who read this prayer letter. We ask you to pray with us for our financial support to increase. It is not often that we have asked you to pray with us for our financial support but we would like to ask you to pray now. We have seen a decrease in support of late and are now at approximately 69% of our recommended support level (55% from outside the local body and an additional 14% we receive from the local body). We are very thankful for the support that we do have!
At this point in the work God's given us in Coalville, it is extremely beneficial and necessary for us to be supported by outside sources. We ask you to pray that we see our financial support increase either through Jonathan getting another job or through more financial supporters joining our team. If it is God's will for Jonathan to get another job, please pray that God would provide a good paying job that is close to home (preferably in Coalville). If it is God's will for more financial supporters to join our team, we ask you to pray that God would work in their hearts and help them to know what He wants them to do.
We are so thankful to each of you who continue to financially support God's work here in Coalville. You all are such a blessing to us and we praise God for you!
We are most of all thankful to our God and Father for His provision for us through all things and in all sorts of ways!!
Now, on to our February news!!
Hadassah is growing and growing and is so much fun. Her favorite things to do at this point are look around and be held by Dad and Mom :) We are enjoying every stage with her. . . even the 2 AM parties :) Hahahaha!!
Ministry has been full and good lately. Here's a few highlights:
New Bible Study
On February 12th we had the privilege of holding a Valentine's dinner in our home. We enjoyed opening our home so much! There were 7 people in attendance plus us! After the dinner, we kicked off a new Bible Study series called "Love & Respect" by Emerson and Sarah Eggerichs. We will be holding this study for the next 12 weeks (on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month in the evening). The people who attended showed interest in shifting the Bible study around to different people's home so, next week we'll have it at someone else's home! Please pray for us to grow as a couple and for the people who attend to grow in their marriages and relationships through this study in God's Word.
Youth Discipleship
Jonathan is enjoying the start of a discipleship with a young man in the church here. His name is Zach and we ask that you pray for him to grow stronger in the Lord and for Jonathan to have wisdom in discipling him and to grow alongside Zach.
Bethany is also enjoying the start of an informal discipleship with 2 young ladies in the church. Please pray that Libby and Sophia will grow in the Lord and that Bethany will grow with them and have wisdom in teaching them!!
