Phase 2 for those interested Lord willing this is phase 2 which was not included in the main roof sanctuary phase. Ryan's crew made it last for awhile with some plywood and plastic. We are thankful for this. However the 1950s join to the kitchen failed at some point in the past which was allowing water at the least to run between the buildings or worse until the patch for now. This was the portion that was bidded at $4835. Also it would be nice to do a sofit on the phase 1 roof portion not sure on cost yet.
